How a Project Moves From Call to Completion

Every project follows the same four stages, regardless of which county you're in.

• Consultation. You describe your yard, budget range, and what you want the finished space to do. Site constraints, like slope, tree lines, or existing hardscape, get identified early instead of surprising you later.
• Design. Shape, size, depth zones, and any patio or hardscape elements get finalized into a site plan that becomes the basis for your permit application.
• Permits. Outdoor Solutions submits the paperwork to your county — plats and pool plans — and prepares any HOA architectural review documentation you need.
